1. This is a labor of love. The prizes are inexpensive so please do not make a $100,000.00 film or some such nonsense. Use your own skills and means.

2. Use any city in the world with the following exceptions: Do not use New York, Los Angeles or Washington DC because they have been destroyed in numerous other films such as “Armageddon”, “The Day the Earth Stood Still” and “Independence Day.” ***Note: this is a recent change.

3. The video must use live action. Please, no pure CGI or video game files. Rubber suits, costumes, masks, stop motion animation, models, puppets, etc..

4. Use classis monsters or create your own. Please, no political or religious figures.

5. Be creative with the soundtrack. Go ahead and make up your own song.

6. Make it fun! Thrills, chills, and laughs!

7. Keep it clean! No nudity or foul language, etc..

8. It must be under 10 minutes.
