6. Describe your childhood.
I've grown up in Eagle Creek. My father is an inventor. He has designed several safety devices for cars and motorcycles. He also owns several buildings and houses around River City.
7. What did you enjoy doing as a child?
I also like to ride in my father's sidecar. He attaches it to his motorcycle and we go riding around town.
8. What is your earliest memory?
Soon after I had learned to walk I stepped on a rose thorn. The thorn went through the middle of my left foot. I still remember seeing it sticking up through my little foot.
My Dad took it out with pliers, poured on some alcohol, wrapped my foot in gauze and sent me on my way.
9. How old were you when you went on your first date and where did you go?
I've never been on a date.

I have a golden retriever named Roscoe.
12. Education:
I am going into 7th grade at Eagle Creek School.
13. Current friends:
Ginger McPherson has been my best friend since we were two.
14. Occupation: I don't really have a job, except, I got to work at the Eagle Creek Livery this summer for a few weeks.
15. What was your first job?
The livery was my first job. I cleaned horse stalls, brushed the horses and I helped feed them.
16. How much did you make?
I was paid twenty-cents an hour.
17. What is your favorite quote?
Reverend Dallas at my church likes to say "God is always one step ahead of our mistakes." I take great comfort in that blessing.
18. What are you doing now?
Playing jacks on the front porch of Ginger's house.
20. Do you admire a famous person?
That girl who ran the music festival this year. Lynn Watson?
21. What makes them admirable?
Lynn seems very smart. She has to be to run the music festival like that.
22. What is your favorite food? Whipped cream

Pink

I like riding horses

27. Tell me about a memorable moment in your life; a time you will never forget.
Last year, Ginger, Kimberly, Jan, Margaret and I got to help out at Mrs. Meador's house. She's an old widow.
Mrs. Hines from Eagle Creek Memorial made the arrangements. Margaret and I helped clean up Mrs. Meador's yard. Ginger and Kimberly touched up some paint which had chipped away. Jan worked in the house and kept her company.
At noon, Emily Clementine and you, Sarah, came over and gave us sandwiches. It was so much fun. Mrs. Meador was so happy to have someone visit with her and help out in the house.
28. What things do you find yourself doing that you said you'd never do?
Studying for a test.
29. What are the goals you are still working toward?
I would like to finish school, get married and have a family of my own.
30. When people look back at your life, how do you want to be remembered?
Kind and thoughtful.
31. What is your favorite outdoor activity?
Wagon rides to River City.
32. Do you attend church or religious services?
I attend Grace Presbyterian in Quincy.
33. What is your favorite Bible verse?
Revelation 7:17
34. What makes you happy?
Being with my family and friends.
35. What makes you sad?
Death. My grandpa Frank, mother's father, passed away in April and then Grandma DeeDee, father's mother, passed away two weeks later. That was a sad April.
36. What frightens you?
I'm always afraid people are not going to like me. I know that sounds silly, but, that's what frightens me the most.
37. What is there about you that would surprise people if they found out?
I failed third grade, I had to repeat it. There was no excuse for my failure, I just got distracted. I wanted to have fun with my friends and I ended up forgetting about school.
