Hal and Susan Grant. Miss Lucille Grant is my Aunt. Mrs. Evans is my second cousin.

6. Describe your childhood.
I grew up in Eagle Creek. My father is a plumber. My mother keeps the house.
7. What did you enjoy doing as a child?
I enjoy playing with my friends Jansen Larkin and Brian Anderson. We'd play cowboys and Indians a lot.
8. What is your earliest memory?
My grandma Cela singing to me. She has such a pretty voice. She was my mother's mom. She passed away last year. I really miss her.
9. How old were you when you went on your first date and where did you go?
I've never been on a date. Wednesday Buchanan is very pretty but she's already got a boyfriend.

There is a wild turkey who comes in our backyard sometimes. I feed him corn mash. I named him Tom the Turkey, but I'm not sure if he's a pet per se.

I am in 7th grade at Eagle Creek School.

14. Occupation:
None, officially.
15. What was your first job?
I dig ditches for my dad sometimes and I help him lay pipes.
16. How much did you make?
He usually pays me ten cents an hour to dig ditches and twenty cents an hour to lay pipes.
17. What is your favorite quote?

18. What are you doing now?
Shooting arrows at a log. I bought a new bow and arrow set in River City when I went up there to visit my Cousin Clay.
20. Do you admire a famous person?
William Tell
21. What makes them admirable?
He began a revolution in Switzerland back in 1307. He died trying to rescue a drowning child. He did more than shoot an apple off of his son's head but that's the thing most people know about him.
I know so much because last year I got in trouble with Mrs. Stead for talking in class. She made me copy an entire page from the Encyclopędia Britannica.

Silent Night by Joseph Mohr
25. Hobbies:
I like to hunt with a slingshot. I can kill a jackrabbit from fifty yards.
Brian told me the other day that Pete Jackson once killed one with his bare hands.
26. Name of the last book you read?
Personal Memoirs of Ulysses S. Grant. Mrs. Stead recommended I read a book over the summer to improve my reading skills before I go into seventh grade. It was good book.
27. Tell me about a memorable moment in your life; a time you will never forget.
Last year, I caught a baseball at a game in River City. It was the game wining hit between the Aces and the Billings Broncos. I had Bill Mitchell sign the ball and I keep it in my bedroom.
28. What things do you find yourself doing that you said you'd never do?
Take school work seriously. Only recently have I taken education as something other than an annoyance.
29. What are the goals you are still working toward?
I'd like to gain more muscle. I am very scrawny.
30. When people look back at your life, how do you want to be remembered?
I dunno. I've never really thought about it.
31. What is your favorite outdoor activity?
Hunting.
32. Do you attend church or religious services?
I attend Eagle Creek Memorial Church.

Romans 4:8
34. What makes you happy?
Being with my friends.
35. What makes you sad?
Saying something stupid. Sometimes I say stuff and then I regret it.
36. What frightens you?
I'm afraid of heights. When I was 6 my brother Peter dared me to climb up on the house. I did and soon fell. Since then, I've been terrified of heights.
37. What is there about you that would surprise people if they found out?
I was born with six toes on my left foot. A doctor in River City removed the extra toe a couple of months later.
